So what exactly is this all about?

We are dedicated in providing a barrier free accesible fitness centre for people with disabilities and mobility challenges.

What types of physical challenges do you accommodate?

We accommodate a wide range of physical challenges, including mobility issues, chronic conditions, and post-injury or post-surgery recovery.

Do I need a referral from a healthcare provider?

No referral is needed. However, we do work closely with healthcare providers to tailor our programs to your specific needs.

What are your operating hours?

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 1:00PM to 5:00PM

Tuesday, Thursday - 9:00AM - 1:00PM

*All participants are required to make an appointment to use the failities.

Are you able to take ICBC claim clients?

At this time we do not have the ability to take on ICBC, WorkSafeBC, or other types of case loads. However, our centre is a great fit for those who are looking for a place to work on their exercises, stretches, balance or general fitness.

*We hope to establish a system where our clients are able to claim our services directly through their health care/benefits provider.

I don't like the physiotherapist my doctor referred me to, can I come to you instead?

We encourage all community members to join us to embrace their fitness and wellness journey.

Our services don't currently include physiotherapy. However, our personal trainer, Kaeden, would love to utilize our space to take you through tailored exercises to improve your general strength and fitness levels.
