This is the best thing that's ever happened to me. I've been coming for just over a year and when I first started I could barely do any of the exercises. For example, I would stumble about 12 -14 times when I first tried the labyrinth, and now I can do it forward, backward, sidestep, and crossovers without stumbling at all.
